Fumigation treatment may be performed by any farmer or natural person who has completed training in the use of measures of the highest class of fumigation toxicity and who is over 18 years of age. After the training is completed, the trainee obtains a certificate confirming the acquired knowledge, which entitles him to buy and use fumigants on his own farm. It can also set up a business and provide fumigation services, e.g. to neighbours in the area.
